A new Fortnite Cup has been announced with a total of $20,000 in prize money at stake! The special feature: The Kenno Cup will take place exclusively in the server region Brazil. You still want to take part? Don't worry, we'll show you how.

Kenno Cup Schedule & Format

The Fortnite Kenno Cup will start on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. It is a duo & trio tournament played over multiple rounds in both the normal Battle Royale and Fortnite's Zero Build mode. Teams will each have three hours to complete a maximum of ten matches – only the top 1000 trios will advance to Round 2. In Round 3, only the top 50 teams from Round 2 are allowed to participate. Round 3 is a set-lobby final with a total of six games.

  • August 30, 2022 – Kenno Cup (Zero Build) (Round 1)
  • August 30, 2022 – Kenno Cup (Zero Build) (Round 2)
  • September 1, 2022 – Kenno Cup (Zero Build) (Round 3)
  • September 6, 2022 – Kenno Cup (Building enabled) (Round 1)
  • September 6, 2022 – Kenno Cup (Building enabled) (Round 2)
  • September 8, 2022 – Kenno Cup (Building enabled) (Round 3)

Kenno Cup Registration

To participate in the Kenno Cup, you will have to select the server region Brazil. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Click on the three small dashes in the upper-left corner of your Fortnite lobby
  2. Then click on the gear icon in the lower-left corner
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Select the gear icon again
  5. Select Brazil in "Player search region".

To participate in the tournament now, simply select the event in the competition tab and join the queue with your mates. Note that your ping will probably not be the best.

Kenno Cup Points

Points are awarded for both placements and eliminations. For each elimination, you and your mates will receive one point. The elimination limit is set at 20 kills per round. Placement points are rewarded like this:

  • Victory Royale: 40 points
  • 2nd: 32 points
  • 3rd: 30 points
  • 4th: 29 points
  • 5th: 28 points
  • 6th: 27 points
  • 7th: 26 points
  • 8th: 25 points
  • 9th: 24 points
  • 10th: 23 points
  • 11th: 22 points
  • 12th: 21 points
  • 13th: 20 points
  • 14th: 19 points
  • 15th: 18 points

There are no minimum arena rank requirements to participate in the Kenno Cup. However, your account level must be 50 or higher. Also, as always, you and your team must have two-factor authentication in Fortnite enabled.
